CARL HOMER - DIRECTOR
Carl has been in TV and film for over two decades, from broadcast documentaries to drama film sets. He’s interviewed royalty, wrangled film crews and worked with everyone from Tom Cruise to the University of Cambridge, but what drives him now is helping brilliant people communicate their ideas clearly and beautifully. He brings curiosity, calm and a producer’s ear for detail to every project.
Joe has cut trailers for Star Wars and Marvel, worked with Sir Ian McKellen, and led AV projects for Disney and Adidas. Now he helps researchers and organisations make big ideas watchable. He combines creative instinct with technical skill - the kind of editor who can make a complex concept flow, sound great and look effortless.

Bob helped bring the BBC Micro into schools back in the ’80s and went on to lead City & Guilds. At Cambridge TV Training, he’s passing on that same mix of curiosity and rigour to the next generation of filmmakers. His mission is to make sure production skills stay grounded, practical and full of possibility.
